Managing Director
Ritu Jain is the founder, CEO and Managing Director of ShreemFinserve. In the past she founded Eos Capital Advisors, an Infrastructure focused Advisory Firm. She was instrumental in the launch and development of Eos’ investment banking and consulting activities. Besides Eos Ritu had created a data analytics firm Mindstream Analytics also.
Ritu directly handles the Debt & the Equity Syndication practice. With the help of dedicated & sector specialist consultants she provides niche strategic consulting to her clients in the Infrastructure, Urban Infrastructure & Healthcare sectors.
Prior to founding Eos Capital Advisors, Ritu was Executive Director at Avendus Capital in the Equity Capital Market division. She also headed North India for Barclays and Morgan Stanley. She has also worked with the American express Bank, HDFC Mutual Fund and a World Bank unit.
In a career spanning more than 27 years she has worked on various transactions across Infrastructure, Energy, Water, E-vehicles, Real Estate, and Disinvestment sectors along with other emerging sectors.
A Gold Medallist Engineer, she is an Alumnus of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Ritu Jain has been recognized by Economic Times as one of the “ET Most Promising Women Business leader, 2021”. In 2022 Economic Times & Femina conferred the award of “ET Most Promising Women Leader, 2022”. She has also been recognized as “Top 10 Best Women Corporate Consultants, 2022” by Women Entrepreneur Magazine.
In the past she used to write for Economic Times Blog under the title “A point of view” and has also done a few shows for ET Now in its Corporate Inside series.
